Both Turkey and Saudi Arabia have governments which are encouraging investment in their mining industry. Recent changes to the Turkish Mining Law and a progressive development attitude of the Turkish Government have generated a current positive environment for exploration and mining activities. Saudi Arabia modernised its mining legislation in 2005 and is encouraging foriegn investment in the mining sector.
